This is the BEST pasta salad I’ve ever tasted! Great for summer picnics and Sunday dinners!
Here’s how to make it:
Sprinkle 4 half chicken breasts with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and grill (or just fry in a frying pan). Shred.
Melt 2 T. butter in a pan. Add chicken and sprinkle with an all-purpose Cajun seasoning. Coat with 1/4 to 1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce. Cool.
Cook 2 bags of curly pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Cut one orange, one yellow, and one red pepper (or any combination of colored peppers) into strips and add to pasta. Chop one small red onion and 1 small jar of sundried tomatoes (packed in oil) and add to pasta.
Mix in the chicken.
To the pasta mixture add: 1/2 bottle of Cardini’s Caesar Dressing and 1/4 bottle of Newman’s Own Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Add 1/2 to 1 cup of pinenuts just before serving.
